Hey friend... I answered on UF already, but here is the small reply too. Considering fact that not all DVD boxes are in the same size (some are wider, some are narrower and so...) it's impossible to create a cover that will universally fit all of them. So then you must play with proportions (scalling) a little bit. Just check your DVD box cover area dimensions, and then apply that dimensions when printing.
